Why am I receiving services
that I have not signed up for?
Elsevier alert services are sent to individuals who have previously opted-in to receive communications as well as former recipients of BioMedNet, ChemWeb services and to current e-mail registrants to all controlled circulation titles (e.g. Drug Discovery Today where receipt of a business2business magazine is linked to a mandatory e-mail address for customer service purposes. You can opt out of Elsevier alerts by sending an e-mail to stjnlsemarketing@elsevier.com but it may affect delivery of other services including print magazine distribution.
How can I opt out of Elsevier
mailings?
If you wish to cease receiving any of this information, you can do this by amending your preferences either by:
- Logging in and clicking on the "My Alerts" link.
- Notifying our Customer Service Department at stjnlsemarketing@elsevier.com
- Using the "opt-out" or unsubscribe option or other means provided within the communications you receive. Be aware by opting-out you may affect your receipt of free circulation printed materials. If in doubt refer to the printed magazine source for clarification.
